When you print an accessory, the following "Report Options" dialog box appears
You must select the accessory you would like to print. If you printed an accessory from its popup menu the the accessory will be selected when the option box is displayed.
In the "History Options" group you can select wether to include a history summary for each accessory printed, print all the history records for each accessory printed, or choose not to print any history information at all.
In the "Other Options" group you may choose to include notes which are associated with each accessory. You may also select preview to preview the report before printing. If the Show Preview option is not checked then the report is sent directly to the printer.
Press "Ok" to view or print the report, Press "Cancel" to exit.
