The shopping list report is available by selecting "Print Shopping List" from the Reports menu. Alternatively you can select this from the Spare Part Container popup menus.
The options screen will popup as seen below:
You may limit this search to parts available at a particular store or you can print a list of all parts regardless of where they are purchased. If you select a particular store then the stores contact information will be printed at the end of the report as shown below:
This may be handy when you want to place the order.
Clicking the "Show Preview" option will show the report on screen before it is printed.
Select OK to print the report or Cancel to abort.
