When you Print an accessory list the following "Report Options" dialog box appears
You may limit the types of accessories printed by selecting the appropriate radio button in the "Accessory Type" group. You may print all accessories, used accessories only, unused accessories only, or only accessories with a specific category.
In the "History Options" group you can select wether to include a history summary for each accessory printed, print all the history records for each accessory printed, or choose not to print any history information at all.
In the "Other Options" group you may choose to include notes which are associated with each accessory. You may also select preview to preview the report before printing. If the Show Preview option is not checked then the report is sent directly to the printer.
Press "Ok" to view or print the report, Press "Cancel" to exit.
